Feria de los Sabores

In early May, Alcázar de San Juan becomes the showcase for the best of La Mancha gastronomy with the Feria de los Sabores (Fair of Flavours). Denomination of Origin cheeses, La Mancha wines, artisan cured meats and traditional sweets come together at a venue where producers and visitors share their passion for good food. Complementing the experience, a crafts fair in the adjacent square offers pottery, esparto grass work and wrought iron. The Feria de los Sabores has established itself as a regional benchmark for lovers of quality gastronomy.
